Damaged items?

In case of items being mishandled during shipment by the courier, we require you to send back the item and we will gladly send a replacement or send it on your next order. For a full refund, we require you to send us back the item. Return shipping fee's will be handled by the buyer as we are not liable for the damaged item, as it was the couriers flaw. However, if proven that we have improperly packed the items, instances may differ.

In rare cases that we forget an item in your order, we offer 100% refunds.
